2. Ordering and Payment

2.1. Placing an Order: Customers can place orders for fruits through our website. By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.

2.2. Payment: All orders must be paid for at the time of purchase. We accept payments through IDEAL, Visa or Mastercard.

3. Delivery

3.1. Delivery Area: We currently deliver to addresses within The Netherlands, Belgium and Germany

 3.2. Delivery Time: The delivery date indicated at the time of placing the order is provided for reference purposes. Given that our orders involve food products, it is likely that natural factors may influence this specified delivery date. It is important to note that the delivery date should not be considered a contractual commitment.

For the purposes outlined in these conditions, “delivery” or “delivered” is deemed to have occurred when you or a third party designated by you physically takes possession of the products. This is confirmed by the signing of the receipt at the agreed-upon shipping address.

In the case of standard shipping, the general timeframe is as follows:

  • Domestic (within The Netherlands): 3-5 business days
  • International (outside The Netherlands): 7-10 business days

Please be aware that shipping times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as adverse weather conditions (e.g., rain, mist, wind) and non-weather-related conditions that could cause courier delays. Such circumstances do not warrant penalization or hold Fruto Farmers liable on contractual or non-contractual grounds. We appreciate your understanding in these situations.

 3.3. Delivery Charges: Delivery charges are  clearly communicated during the checkout process.

4. Quality and Freshness

We guarantee the quality and freshness of our fruits upon delivery. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of receiving your order

5. Cancellations and Refunds

5.1. Cancellations: Orders can be canceled within 8 hours of purchase. After this period, cancellations may not be possible.

5.2. Refunds: Refunds will be issued for canceled orders or for products that do not meet our quality standards. Refunds will be processed through the original payment method. Refunds will be processed within 2 business days of the return or cancellation request.
