Bacon avocado-This is a smooth-skinned, mild-flavored variety with creamy, pale green flesh. It’s less oily than Hass and has a lighter taste. It is usually green at ripeness, wherein the Hass turns black. Gently press the skin to check for ripeness. A ripe Bacon will yield slightly to pressure without feeling mushy.

The avocados  that you will get are  in the average between 170-250g each  Pack containing 30 units of avocados.

The Bacon avocado is a variety that has a mild taste and creamy, smooth texture, notably different from the rich Hass avocado. It has a thin, smooth skin that remains green even when the fruit is at a ripened stage, whereas the skin of a Hass turns dark. The flesh is pale yellow-green, like other avocado varieties, but it usually tends to be somewhat less oily, hence lighter in flavor. The Bacon avocado is more preferred by those who enjoy a lighter flavor in their avocado.
